Start, Run, “.”, OK
This should open your %userprofile% folder.
New Shortcut, (File Menu, or the context menu)
Path: c:\windows\system32\cmd.exe
Name: spcmd

Open the properties of your newly created shortcut, change ‘start in’ to “C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\web server extensions\12\bin “
